1) Who We Are

FatherCustodyCoach.com (“FCC”) provides custody coaching, organization, and document-preparation services for fathers who choose to represent themselves in court. Your use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) No Legal Advice / No Attorney-Client Relationship

  • Not legal advice. Materials are for information and organization—not legal counsel.
  • No attorney-client relationship. Using our services does not create one.
  • Consult a lawyer for jurisdiction-specific strategy or interpretation.

3) Best-Effort Services; No Outcome Guarantees

We work on a best-efforts basis to improve clarity, organization, and presentation. No results are guaranteed (custody/visitation/support or any court decision).

NO GUARANTEES:

Outcomes are determined by courts, judges, guardians ad litem, evaluators, and opposing parties—not by FCC.

4) Your Responsibilities

  • You are the filer. You handle filing, deadlines, service, and court compliance.
  • Accuracy. Provide complete and truthful information; we rely on what you supply.
  • Final review. You must carefully review and approve drafts before any use or filing.
  • Local rules. You must follow your court’s local rules and forms.

5) Scope of Document Preparation

We can help organize facts and exhibits; draft plain-language declarations; assemble exhibit indexes; create timelines, checklists, scripts, and judge-friendly formatting. We do not file, appear in court, communicate on your behalf, or provide legal strategy/advice.

6) Errors, Corrections, and Limitations

If you identify an FCC drafting error before filing or use, we will make reasonable corrections. FCC is not responsible for losses arising from unreviewed drafts, improper use, or conflicts with local law/rules.

7) Payment, No Refunds, Chargebacks

All sales are final. Due to the custom and informational nature of coaching and printed/digital materials, no refunds are offered once delivery begins. Unauthorized chargebacks for delivered items may be disputed with proof of delivery and authorization.

8) Packages & Deliverables

  • Custody Case Blueprint: a personalized roadmap—timelines, checklists, sample wording, scripts, and exhibit index—tailored to your facts.
  • One-on-One Coaching: sessions focused on organization, messaging, and presentation skills.
  • Delivery Options: instant digital download (print-ready PDFs) or professionally printed, tabbed binders shipped to you.
  • Revisions: reasonable revisions per the package description and timeline.

9) Intellectual Property

All materials remain FCC’s intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use purchased materials in your own case only. No resale or redistribution.

10) Third-Party Tools & Mail Services

We may recommend or integrate third-party tools (e-signature, printing/shipping). Use is at your discretion. FCC is not liable for third-party delays, outages, or errors.

11) Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

AS-IS / AS-AVAILABLE. Services and materials are provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FCC and its owners/contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in the 30 days before the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FCC from claims or expenses arising from your use of materials, filings, or violations of these Terms or applicable law.

13) Compliance & Prohibited Use

You will not use our services to submit false statements, harass, or violate court orders or privacy laws. Protect your and your child’s sensitive information.

14) E-Sign & Electronic Delivery

You consent to receive documents electronically and to transact via e-signature where applicable. Withdrawing consent may limit service delivery.

15) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law

Governing law: Commonwealth of Virginia. You agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution first. If unresolved, disputes will be brought in the state courts of [Your County], Virginia, on an individual (non-class) basis.

16) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
